She has over 30 years' experience of working in health system transformation both in Australia and the UK working with Commonwealth and State/Territory governments health departments, LHDs and PHNs, and peak bodies in service system co-design, improvement and integration, and capability building. Person-centred care, primary health care transformation and system integration, continual professional and organisational development as key enablers of an equitable and sustainable human service system are her passions.
