The power of primary care in palliative care

This week Prestantia Health Founder and Director, was part of an expert panel at a Parliamentary Friends of Palliative Care in Canberra. Together with a consumer and a specialist palliative care Nurse Practitioner, they spoke of the importance of primary care in palliative care, identified the enablers and barriers and the opportunities for primary care to support patients with palliative care needs.
